Werner hails from Hout Bay and was educated at Kronendal
Primary and Voortrekker High in Wynberg. Awarded an Yvonne Parfitt
scholarship, he studied horticulture at the Cape Tech. He successfully
completed his Estate Agents Board exams in 1991 and, six years
later, he opened his own agency called Splendour Homes which specialised
in residential sales and letting in Hout Bay and surrounding areas.
In 2008 Werner moved to Darling and opened a new
office for country retreats. He was invited to join Life Tides
because of his real estate know-how and reputation. Werner is
completely committed to service delivery and with his patient,
caring nature, is regarded as the team’s gentle giant.
